Nick is a rising senior at Carrboro High School. He is also on the Carrboro High School Lacrosse team.

He is the recipient of the Bronze Star and the Legion of Honor Medal, France’s highest military honor awarded for his valor and bravery while serving in France. Mr. Mark R. Sumner is also Director Emeritus, Institute of Outdoor Drama, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
