From that convention, local veterans from Chapel Hill joined together for a Chapel Hill Post and received their Charter on August 28th, 1919.

Mr. Shuey is a professional actor, “History teller,” and historic person re-enactor. He spoke in the persona of General John Joseph Pershing.
