USS NORTH CAROLINA Skipper Receives Stockdale Award
The Navy announced recently two 2016 Vice Admiral James Bond Stockdale Leadership Award recipients. Commander Gary G. Montalvo, commanding officer of USS North Carolina (SSN 777) was named the Pacific Fleet recipient.
