Scout Court of Honor – Jan 30th

Troop 505 announced that their Court of Honor will start as usual with a heart-warming Flag Retirement Ceremony. The troop will present 81 Merit Badge awards that have been earned, 17 Rank Advancements, and two Special Awards. The Court of Honor is scheduled for Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Troop 505 would very much like as many veterans from American Legion Post 6  attend as can make it.  They are proud of their accomplishments and recognize the importance of our sponsorship. Let’s give them our support and attend.  Members need not stay for the entire event.

The Scouts will also hold a flag a retirement ceremony.  This is a special event and you will be impressed by watching the boys handle the flag retirement ceremony.  It is sure to be a special treat and you will have the program to remember all that the boys have accomplished as a result of our sponsorship!
