The Department of North Carolina publishes a monthly newsletter online. It is The Legion Bulletin.  It is distributed monthly and is also known as the Department Monthly Mailing.  The Legion Bulletin is a portal to current important news, pending events, Department Meetings, and announcements about submitting applications and awards recommendations.
